About US

Quietqi is a new international B2C team. We aim to provide a variety of products for customers in the United States.

Quietqi is operated by Zhijiang Guxi Trading Co., Ltd., a company founded in 2026 and located in Yichang City, Hubei Province. We are a shop selling ceramic tableware.

At Quietqi, we believe that beautiful tableware brings more than just function — it brings people together. Our pieces are designed for real life, made with care, and inspired by simple, meaningful moments.

Our Mission

Our mission is to simplify the online shopping process and provide a stress-free shopping experience.

To our customers, we promise:

• Low Prices: We work with manufacturers directly. We cut out unnecessary costs to give you the no-frills prices you see.

• Quality Assurance: What you see is what you get. We manually quality check everything that we sell before it is packed and shipped to you.

• Privacy: We implement a strict policy on controlling and limiting access to your personal information.

Better price and quality products

As you know, one of the reasons why we incorporated this online store is to provide better quality products to our customers at a lower price. Unlike conventional sellers, we have our own warehouses, and there is no agent involved in the procurement process. As a result, we are able to cut unnecessary costs, and we would love to pass that benefit on to our customers.

Payment Security and Privacy (PayPal and SSL Certificate)

Your online transaction on Quietqi is secure with high levels of transaction security. Our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We use PayPal as a payment gateway, which is widely trusted for secure payments. We do not share our customer's data with third parties in any way. Data collected is only used for processing and delivering orders.
